1. The operator enters in contact with CERES.操作员与CERES进行联系。

2. CERES sends the application form. CERES送申请表。

3. The operator fills in the application form and forwards it to CERES. 操作员填写申请表而且转寄它到CERES。

4. CERES sends a quotation, the contract, Registration Form, the information form „Steps to follow for GLOBALGAP-certification“ as well as the Standard Inspection Procedure. CERES送报价，契约，登记表，信息表，需要遵守的GLOBALGAP认证程序以及标准的检验程序。

5. If the operator accepts the offer, he will transfer 50 % of the offer value prior to the inspection and forward the signed contract and registration form back to CERES. 如果操作员接受了这些东西,他将会在检验之前转交50% 的报价而且把被签署的契约和登记表转寄回CERES。

6. CERES assigns the GLOBALGAP Registration Number, notifies it to the GLOBALGAP Secretariat and pays the registration fee. .CERES分配GLOBALGAP登记号, 把登记号通知给EurepGAP秘书处然后支付注册费用。

7. Before the external inspection is carried out the operator performs a self inspect­ion using the GLOBALGAP Checklist. If necessary, adequate corrective actions should be implemented prior to CERES´ inspection. .在进行外部检验之前，操作员需要使用“GLOBALGAP检查表”进行自我检验。如果需要,适当的纠正行动应该先于CERES的检验被执行。

9. The inspection is carried out and the check list is filled by the inspector. 进行检验，检查员填充检查目录

10. The complete inspection report is sent to CERES in Germany where it is reviewed for consistency of the data and compliance with the applied Standard. 完成的检验报告被送给德国的CERES。在那里数据可靠性和与标准的一致性将被重新审定评估。

11. If there were corrective actions to be implemented before a certificate can be issued, then CERES informs the operator about the list of correctives actions to be fulfilled prior to the issue of a certificate. 如果在认证被颁发之前，有要实施的纠正措施，CERES将在认证颁发之前通知操作员，并使操作员根据要纠正问题的目录作出相应的改动。

12. The operator implements the corrective actions and informs CERES of its compli­ance. In special cases the necessity to carry out a second visit could arise to veri­fy the implementation of the correctives actions. 操作员执行纠正措施而且并且要在每个阶段都告知CERES。在特殊情况下，需要进行第二次拜访，这样可以检验改善行动是否落实。

13. The final invoice is issued by CERES, covering the remaining 50% of the quotat­ion as well as the cost for accommodation and transport of the inspector. CERES将开出最后的发票, 涵盖剩余50%的报价和检查员的差旅费。

14. The operator pays the invoice. 操作员支付发票
